What are you grateful for today?

We live in a stressful time, when everyone seems to rush somewhere. As we’re struggling to get through the day, we might forget about gratitude and celebrating life itself.


We forget about our loved ones and don’t take time for the sake of our career or anything that is important for us.

Please, even if you’re short on time, take  some moments to express your gratitude today. To your loves ones, friends, colleagues or to life itself. There are many reasons to be thankful for. Find what inspires you and appreciate it.

One doesn’t know how many chances are left to express your gratitude. Our future is unforeseeable.

Our next breath is not certain, as well as our heart beat. Therefore, life is a blessing, which one has to appreciate.

Be grateful. Be kind. Be human.

Today I am grateful for:

  • All the nutritions I get from healthy food.
  • The books. I can’t imagine how dull life would be without books and reading.
  • My health.
  • Nature.
  • My loved ones.
  • A sunny day and summer breeze 🙂







  • Animals.
