The exclusive rule. While eating carbs, you put on weights quickly. They raise blood sugar levels and slow your digestion down.

For a start, you could reduce the number of meals with carbs or you could just replace pasta with rice, salad and legumes.

6. SELECT YOUR GOALS AND BE PERSISTENT
